Global science company, 3M, who supports brands such a Post-it and Scotch, have been named as a Best Company for leaders by U.S. magazine Chief Executive.
The accolade ranks 3M eighth in the magazine’s list, three spots higher than in 2015, and focuses on the CEO’s commitment to leadership development, how often management positions are filled internally, and the the number of business that loo to recruit form outside the company.

3Ms success story comes in the form of its CTO and Senior VP of R&D, Ashish Khandpur. His leadership potential was spotted early on in his career as he travelled the world leading about the company and its customers following a role as Senior Research Engineer.
