The A.T. Cross Company has enjoyed a successful four days at the Althorp Literary Festival as it partnered with the event, with Cross Pens sponsoring the adult festival and Sheaffer sponsoring the children’s event.
Throughout the 284-year-old estate, The A.T. Cross Company had significant branding, as they aimed to inspire creative minds to write their own stories. Cross Pens saw stars such as Judy Murray, author Kathy Lette and chef Ken Hom sign their own novels with a Cross Pen whilst sharing their own stories with a captive audience.
Sheaffer were also encouraging visitors to put their own unique style to paper, with calligraphy workshops hosted throughout the weekend.
Nicola Shepherd, Marketing Director of The A.T. Cross Company said, “the Althorp Literary Festival was the perfect platform for us to showcase our brands to an engaged and loyal audience.
“Positioning Cross alongside some of the world’s best authors and at a premium venue was an ideal fit for us. Sheaffer continued to inspire creative minds and Jessica Butterworth was the perfect inspiration for all those starting on their own creative journey.”
A.T. Cross’ involvement with the literary festival saw four VIP’s and a selection of winners from competitions in the Daily Express and Time Inc. publications have access to an executive suite.
Footfall throughout the grounds was high, with people visiting the bespoke designed retail stand and purchasing pens of their own, to continue their own writing journey.
