Commercial property law firm selects Ascertus to deploy iManage Work

London-based Bude Nathan Iwanier LLP, a legal services provider to the commercial property sector, has chosen Ascertus Limited to implement email and document management solution, iManage Work.

Bude Nathan Iwanier chose Ascertus based on its track record of successful implementations of iManage Work in law firms. Ascertus' approach to deployment and integration of the solution with the firm's case and practice management solution will ensure least disruption to the day-to-day functioning of the business. The solution will be available to over 31 users in the firm.

Vivian Vernick, Partner at Bude Nathan Iwanier LLP said, "as a growing law firm, best-of-breed email and document management is now an indispensable capability. With the volume of paper multiplying at the rate of knots, not only is it expensive to manage physical records, finding the right information at the right time can be a difficult task. With iManage Work, we will reduce the paper load in the organisation, but more critically, enable our lawyers to enhance their productivity and deliver an incrementally improved service to clients. iManage Work stood out amongst all the other solutions we saw, it's a proven email and document management solution in the industry and came highly recommended from the legal community. More importantly, was the preferred choice of the staff that were part of the selection committee."

Lawyers at Bude Nathan Iwanier will benefit from the search facility offered by iManage Work. They will be able to undertake personalised searches across all the documents residing in the solution including emails, images and scanned documents to receive prioritised results based on their search patterns.

Jon Wainwright, Sales Director at Ascertus Limited added, "Bude Nathan Iwanier is very astutely addressing the issue of paper overload in the firm before it becomes a major challenge for the organisation. As a growing firm, the ever-increasing cost of managing paper will only increase and despite best efforts, it's nigh impossible to manage physical records efficiently. Adopting a best practice-led approach to email and document management will deliver business benefit to the firm –in the form of data management, but also in terms of security and governance. We are looking forward to our partnership with the firm."
