Cura Technical expands contact centre operation
Cura Technical, one of the UK's leading providers of technical support solutions, has announced the appointment of Matthew Clark as Technical Support Manager. Based at the company's headquarters in Billericay, Essex, he will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the call management desk in the contact centre and delivering technical training across the organisation.
Matthew Clark has over 18 years' experience of the IT industry and joins direct from SCC where he was a field-based technician supporting a range of print, IT and audio-visual devices. He has also held a variety of technical and product management position with companies such as Technical Support Group and FLS.
According to Jason Williams, Managing Director at Cura Technical: "Matthew's extensive experience of delivering service support to the highest level will enable us to enhance our support processes and help drive ongoing improvements across the business."
In his spare time, Matthew enjoys keeping fit by running, swimming and cycling.
