Hyland, a provider of software for managing content, processes and cases, and KYOCERA Document Solutions (UK) Limited have announced their official partnership, to pursue joint new market opportunities in the UK.
Part of the global KYOCERA Corporation, KYOCERA Document Solutions has a large and comprehensive service delivery and support team which, coupled with Hyland’s enterprise information management capabilities, is now able to provide comprehensive content services solutions to a wide variety of industries and customers in the UK.
The agreement extends the already established relationship between Hyland and KYOCERA in the United States & Japan, where they have over 600 successful OnBase customers and more than 100 dedicated OnBase support staff. As Hyland’s largest global partner, KYOCERA has committed considerable resources to this partnership in the UK, including £1m per annum of investment in people and infrastructure, and this arrangement in the UK is expected to provide a springboard into the rest of Europe.
