Neopost announce signing of new contract with Royal Mail

The world's number two provider of mailing solutions, Neopost have announced that they will extend their partnership with Royal Mail in a newly signed three-year contract.

The new contract will consolidate two previous ones relating to Dispatch Manager Online (DMO) and Worldwide Dispatch Manager Online (WDMO) enabling the supply of services, software and hardware for Royal Mail and Parcelforce's online shipping services.

Mike Stone, MD of Neopost Ltd said, "it has been a long and detailed negotiation process and we are now looking forward to developing DMO and WDMO to meet the needs of Royal Mail and Parcelforce over the coming years as they consolidate their leadership position in the UK parcels market."

Neopost will now be upgrading the support services it currently provides for the two systems and will continue to provide updates to meet the demand of parcel volume. They will further be looking at ways to improve functionality and performance so customers can enjoy more flexibility, visibility, and speed.
