Toshiba adds two new A4 colour MFPs to e-BRIDGE Next family

Toshiba Tec's new A4 colour MFPs – the e-STUDIO330AC and e-STUDIO400AC – offer print speeds of 33 and 40 ppm respectively and deliver on document output in a compact A4 format. Part of Toshiba's e-BRIDGE Next range, these new models offer cost-effective multifunction solutions which meet clients' demands for advanced functionality with ease of use.

Both models utilise a 26 cm (10.1") tablet-style touchscreen on which complex multi-step processes can be actioned with simple one-touch functions. The intuitive interface can also be customised to suit preferences – on an individual and company level.

These new printers can be integrated with third-party solutions via an embedded web browser that supports popular cloud services. It also enables the use of a growing range of Toshiba e-BRIDGE Plus embedded apps that boost productivity. These apps can be integrated into the user interface and add new features and enhancements, as well as simplify frequently used operations. The apps are designed to help users to optimise their device, connecting with platforms such as SharePoint Online, Dropbox, Google Drive – and many more.

The standard dual scan document feeder can deliver up to 116 images per minute and technology features such as the Optional Zone OCR, Print from & Scan to USB, and Barcode Printing, helps users to streamline their workflow processes.

These two new models also meet high-security standards, utilising e-BRIDGE Next security including Toshiba's self-encrypting Secure HDD.  The e-STUDIO400AC series can also be upgraded to conform to the Protection Profile for Hardcopy Devices (HCD-PP v1.0).

Toshiba Tec has placed great emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability to ensure that these new products comply with the highest environmental standards. These include a low-power sleep mode and a Green Information app that enables customers to track their environmental contribution on the screen of the MFP with clear graphics and statistics.

As with all of Toshiba's print devices, these new models adhere to its low carbon footprint standards, which minimise the environmental impact throughout the lifecycle of the device. In addition, any emissions produced as part of the procurement, manufacturing, and delivery processes are offset, so the device is 'Carbon Zero' which allows for positive business activities with no detrimental effect on the environment.
