Ascertus Limited, a provider of document and information lifecycle management solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments, has been awarded the title of Global Partner of the Year for 2016 by HotDocs, the document automation software specialist, at the recently held HotDocs User Group on 14th-15th June.
Facing competition from over 60 HotDocs partners across the globe, Ascertus has won this honour based on its longstanding business relationship with the company, new customer wins including some of the world’s largest corporate brands, and excellent customer service that is delivered via a dedicated account management team for HotDocs clients.
HotDocs does not invite partners to apply for the award. It is granted based on the company’s own assessment and comparison of performance of partner organisations worldwide.

An international event, the HotDocs User Group, held in London, UK this year; brought together customers and partners from nearly a dozen countries including Australia, United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Romania, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
