• Ascertus prepares for 2019 grow with new appointments

        • With 20 customer sites going live between October and December of this year alone, Ascertus Limited, has made a string of appointments in Support, Project and Account Management and Pre Sales, in preparation for continued business growth in 2019. 

          Alison Rix has come on board as Project Manager, George Bertolis as Account Manager, Baljinder Hayre as Technical Support Manager and Cesar Illana as Pre-sales Consultant.  

          Roy Russell, CEO of Ascertus Limited said, “we have had a phenomenal year thus far and we are very conscious of not stretching ourselves in a way that compromises the quality of the service we deliver. Good service delivery and customer satisfaction requires all the components – project management, technical support and account management – to work in unison as a team. These new appointments are key for us – Alison, George, Baljinder and Cesar all have the right skills and knowledge for our business and the sectors we operate in. All of them have hit the ground running.”

          As Project Manager, Alison Rix is  the key point of contact between the customers and Ascertus across the lifecycle of the projects including everything from budgeting and scheduling through to risk management. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience in the document management space, having worked in both private and public sector organisations including Pinnacle, Athenian IT Developments Limited and IDOX.

          Baljinder Hayre, has joined as Technical Support, from Bates Wells Braithwaite (BWB), where he was IT Help Desk Manager for the last four and a half years. He is working closely with clients and the Ascertus team to ensure continued customer support of the highest quality. Baljinder succeeds Chris Thomas, who is now a full-time project manager within the company.

          With a focus on account management and new business, as Account Manager, George Bertolis is  closely working with clients to ensure that customers’ expectations are being met holistically. He brings with him both depth and breadth of legal industry experience, having worked at Nikec Solutions and a document management systems reseller.  

          Cesar Illana, as Pre-sales Consultant, is focusing on solution design for new customers. He brings with him extensive EMEA experience in both software and hardware across a number of industry verticals, which customers in the legal sector will find valuable.  Prior to this, he was Technical Consultant at Brother UK.
