Brother UK has launched a pilot of a new print subscription service for small firms, PrintSmart Essential, following a successful year for the company providing managed print services (MPS).
The solution will enable businesses to pay a small monthly fee for their supplies, device installation, supplies recycling, and maintenance services while benefitting from a three-month notice period.
Brother UK says that this will provide resellers with a more accessible MPS offering for their customers, which requires no credit agreement and can be cancelled at any time.
PrintSmart Essential is available on a range of Brother inkjet and laser devices, including the MFC-L8690CDW colour laser printer and the MFC-J5945DW colour inkjet device.

“PrintSmart Essential meets the growing demand from smaller firms for non-committal subscription services that we know reseller partners in the market are looking for. Unlike the offerings from competitors, there is no credit agreement, no contract, and no long-term financial commitment.

PrintSmart Essential packages range from £17 to £62 per month depending on page allowance and the model of printer.
