Cartridge World has announced the launch of its intelligent analytics and replenishment solution Cartridge World Sonar, a tool that uses data to help companies better control their print spending.
Cartridge World Sonar is an app that enables businesses to get up-to-date information about the status of their printer network. It shows whether devices are being over or under-used, helping businesses manage all of the printers, multi-function devices and copiers through one simple, centralised dashboard, in real time. It also acts as a replenishment tool, enabling users to plan their purchasing and negotiate with their suppliers, as well as facilitating ‘just-in-time’ supplies management so that businesses never run out of cartridges or toner.
A customer can manage Cartridge World Sonar internally, monitoring for performance issues and when and where components need replacing, as well as accurately measuring ink and toner levels. Alternatively, businesses can outsource the function to Cartridge World to remotely manage a business’s Sonar dashboard, through its managed replenishment and consultancy service.
