Consult Red becomes CCS Supplier

The Shipley-based technology development firm, Consult Red has announced it's become an official CCS supplier, named on Government 'Digital Services Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5' framework. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services

By meeting the CCS's high standards, Consult Red will bring its real-world, in-depth expertise in connected embedded software, hardware and cloud technology to supply government bodies and public sector organisations.

Stuart Griffin, Consult Red Co-Founder, Technologist and Marketing Director said, "We've delivered technology consulting services to the private sector for over 15 years, working with global brands to help them innovate and develop new technology and products. We believe that the time is right to bring the same expertise to organisations in the public sector as we see a new enthusiasm for digitisation and transformation. Our experience across security, connectivity and technology, from the intelligent edge to the cloud, means that we are a great technology development partner for organisations that want to adopt technology and make it work for them.

"Securing status as a Crown Commercial Service supplier is something we're really proud of. It gives all of our clients confidence that they are working with a technology partner that operates to the highest standards."

The news comes as the company continues to grow and create jobs, driven by increasing demand for 'Internet of Things' (IoT) smart, connected products. In the last 12 months, Consult Red has grown its team by 60 people to over 220 strong (up 37%) across three offices in the UK, Poland and the US.
