Stationery duo, Cross and Sheaffer, opened their new outlet store in the MacArthur Glen Designer Outlet in Swindon yesterday (17th November).
Both brands had their first customers through the door at 10am, with the first sale at 10.08am, and shoppers were joined by handwriting analyst Adam Brand, who cast an attentive eye over smart script and scribbles.
Alongside a selection of 90 other brands at the site, the dedicated sections for Cross and Sheaffer gave visitors the ability to trial and test their favourite pens, before taking advantage of the minimum 40 per cent off list price.
Nicola Shepherd, Trade Marketing Director for both Cross and Sheaffer said, “opening the store in the MacArthur Glen Designer Outlet is ideal for us to showcase our range of premium gifts including pens, journals and leather accessories, to stylish, fashion-forward customers, just in time for Christmas.
“The first day of the store was extremely busy with stationery lovers, pen collectors and Christmas shoppers
The store will also offer free engraving for the opening fortnight to make that gift more personal and treat the one you love.”
