          Frama’s suite of e-communications services provides an all-in-one solution for efficient and legally verifiable digital communication. Run in conjunction with RPost, the global standard for email proof, message encryption and electronic signature services, our solutions enable both sender and recipient to prove, sign, encrypt, archive and collaborate, across desktop, mobile and online email platforms.

          Registered Receipt email provides a legal, third-party authenticated record of who said what, to whom and when, by email. It records email delivery, opening, official time of sending and receiving, associated message and attachment content; providing a complete audit trail and authentication. There are a variety of encryption configuration options to maximise security, while maintaining user simplicity and flexibility.

          Every Registered Email returns a Registered Receipt email for each message transaction, document sign off and encrypted delivery.

          Importantly, this solution does not require the recipient to install any unwanted software or to register an account, and recipient responses are processed within the secure network. Certified Email sender authentication services provide the recipient with a simple means of authenticating the message author without requiring any software or plug-ins.

          Frama does not store copies of any Registered Email, the Registered Receipt, a third-party verifiable record, contains all of the relevant information to enable the authenticated original content, times, delivery, metadata and forensics, to be reconstructed.

          Integrated email encryption combined with the Registered Receipt protects the sender against fines associated with data breaches, by transmitting encrypted messages and proving encrypted delivery.

          Key features that reduce paper, fax, time, risk and cost include LargeMail, electronic signature and Digital Seal timestamp and message authentication. Signatures are water-marked with a unique timestamp and documents attached to emails can be additionally PKI digitally signed for content integrity.

          LargeMail provides the ability for users to send large emails up to 200MB per message, and receive a proof of timestamp. Security settings prevent message data from leaving the customer’s premises unless it is directly transferred to the intended recipient. The Digital Seal time stamp and message authentication is like a postmark for electronic messages, and we also provide the most comprehensive legal, internationally recognised electronic signature offering.

          With this solution, you can obtain recipient electronic signatures on email body text, documents and PDF forms. Only e-communication’s e-contracting authenticates signature, content, time stamp and sign off audit trail, with the highest evidential record.
