“I am very passionate about the industry I’m in, and the people I work with that have allowed me to grow into the manager I am today – I am looking forward to the year ahead and the challenges that will continue to stretch and grow me to achieve new things in my career.”

Alex Tupman, CEO of Espria added, “a huge congratulations to Alicja from the wider Espria team. This year she has risen above numerous hurdles and provided the business with irreplaceable support.

“Alicja has been with Mode Solutions for almost seven years and has continued to work with us through the acquisition of eacs, and the relaunch into the current business, Espria. We are proud to have employees like Alicja who continue to make tremendous contributions to the team and the business.

“We are excited that Alicja’s hard work has now been recognised publicly – as it should be. Espria is excited to continue working with her and see how she’ll progress alongside the company in the coming year.”
