Feefo, the reviews and customer insights platform, has become a Google partner. Feefo uses the insights it unpacks from verified reviews in Google AdWords campaigns and employs the same language tactics to transform the effectiveness of brands’ landing pages.
Using its sentiment analysis technology, Feefo uncovers emotive and intelligent keywords and phrases from thousands of verified customer reviews. These are deployed in adverts that have resulted in up to a three or four-fold increase in click-through-rates (CTR), quality scores and conversions compared with conventional methods. Adverts become more relevant and persuasive at lower cost-per-click.
