• Feefo wins 2017 Queen’s Award for Enterprise

        • Feefo, the provider of verified online reviews and customer analytics, has won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category.

          The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the Innovation Category celebrates companies showing outstanding and sustained commercial success over a period of years. The winners are chosen by Her Majesty The Queen, on advice of the Prime Minister. The announcement comes on the 91st birthday of Her Majesty.

          Set up in March 2010, Feefo now has more than 3,000 clients across various business sectors, including household names such as Expedia, Monarch Airlines and Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts, and the company continues to build its trusted and reliable reputation with business customers and consumers at a rapid pace.

          Andrew and Matt will attend a special awards reception at Buckingham Palace in the Summer. Based at Heath Farm in Petersfield, Feefo also has offices in the US and Australia, having achieved rapid organic growth without relying on venture capital. It verifies all reviews by inviting only customers proven to have made a purchase to contribute and provides clients with deep analytical insights based on the feedback collected.

          Feefo has continued to develop its range of services and solutions with further developments in artificial intelligence planned for 2017. The year has also seen a big push into new sectors such as property, finance and recruitment.
