Freedom Communications Apprentices
Unified Communications (UC) firm, Freedom Communications, have been named in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer list.
The list is complied annually by the National Apprenticeship Service and recognises excellence in businesses that employ apprentices. Following a tough selection process, announcements were made at the National Apprenticeship Awards in London last night.
Sue Husband, Director of the National Apprenticeship Service said, “apprentice employers are creating opportunities for young people to gain the skills and knowledge the need to succeed. I hope the success of these Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers will encourage more businesses across England to follow their example.”
Since launching its global, first ever, Higher UC Apprenticeship Scheme in 2014, in partnership with West Herts College, Freedom have identified the skills required in the UC industry and can provide the necessary skillset learning to create work-ready talented individuals.
Lisa Clark, Freedom’s Operations Director said, “our Apprenticeship Scheme has produced a valuable and unique technical workforce, importantly helping to not only support Freedom’s growth but the wider industry’s too. We’re delighted that our hard work, commitment and passion has been recognised with such a prestigious award.”
