As experts in voice and language solutions, Nuance Communications, Inc. has for the second year, been named leading vendor for clinical documentation improvement (CDI) solutions.
Nuance have been named in the 2015 Black Book Clinical Documentation Improvement Survey of 1,129 hospital CFOs financial and coding leaders. The Black Book reports use information from interviews with healthcare executives about their current technology and service partners and with this information, awards top vendors based on 18 areas of client experience and customer satisfaction.
