Lexmark has announced that Holland & Barrett has chosen its Publishing Platform for Retail to provide consumers with an enhanced shopping experience, aiming to turn browsers into customers.
The Lexmark Publishing Platform for Retail will enable the retailer to give more detailed product information, especially in their free-from ranges, via point of sale signs and shelf edge labels, offering information that would have previously been online only.
Guy Sutton, Senior Project Manager for Holland & Barrett said, “with the Lexmark Publishing Platform for Retail, we can guide our customers to the relevant products and provide in-depth information that they have traditionally only been able to access online.”
Holland & Barrett will now be able to simplify their signage process and manage all content from a central hub. They will be able to manage every step of the retail signage process in the most efficient and cost-effective manner and even tailor content from store-to-store.
Danny Molhoek, GM, North West Europe, Lexmark said, “our mission has always been to help increase sales for retailers by providing them with the right tools in the right place, so they can enhance the in-store experience for their customers.”
The system can also be used for central print, electronic shelf labels and digital displays, each tailored to the specific needs of the store.
