• Lexmark named leader in Managed Print and Content Services for a fifth consecutive year

        •

Leading industry analyst firm Gartner has placed Lexmark as a leader in its Magic Quadrant for Managed Print and Content Services for a fifth year.

In order to qualify, companies must show they are leaders by providing MPS and MCS to a wide range of customers at a global scale. They must show skills to deliver current solutions and also have the understanding, resources, and initiative to develop new solutions. They must also provide customers with an extended range of added-value services and be a popular choice amongst mid to large organisations.

Marty Canning, Lexmark Executive VP and President of Imaging Solutions and Services said, “We believe Gartner’s recognition confirms Lexmark’s leadership I providing leading-edge managed print and managed content solutions to the largest companies in the world. Lexmark provides our MPS customers a robust set of industry-specific and horizontal solutions that allow them to streamline and improve critical business processes across their organisation.”

As well as being part of Gartner’s independent research, Lexmark have also been named a leader for the forth consecutive times in IDC’s Managed Workflow Services MarketScape report and Quocirca MPS Vendor Landscape.
