LUCTRA, intelligent lighting by Durable, will be exhibiting at Clerkenwell Design Week from 24th-26th May, launching FLEX alongside the full LUCTRA range.
Visitors to the stand will get to learn more about the how light can improve wellbeing and productivity within the workplace with the LUCTRA range of biologically effective lighting which closely replicates daylight with its cold white and warm white LEDs.
Sean Starkey, MD of Durable said, “we spent a lot of time designing and manufacturing the LUCTRA range and we are extremely proud of the human centric approach it brings to lighting. By utilising targeted changes of light colour, the LUCTRA family of lamps are able to remedy deficits in melatonin and serotonin by helping to stabilise the human biorhythm, ensuring individuals are able to sleep well and feel more rested when carrying out their daily tasks.”
What’s on show?
FLEX: rechargeable, cordless lamp that provides freedom to work anywhere without compromising the quality of light. Available in various colours, operated as a table or wall lamp.
Table and Table Pro: flagship models available in three finishes and two lamp head designs. Cooling fins maintains operating temperature and specially developed, self-locking joints ensure tailored positioning.
Floor and Floor Twin: distribute even lighting from a maximum height of 1.8m with independent adjustable head lamps.
All lamps in the range offer VITACORE technology to control the brightness and colour via the touch panel. In addition, the VITACORE app, not available on the Table or FLEX models, allows users to programme a 24 hour lighting sequence to mirror natural lighting throughout the day.
Sean added, “the event showcases the wealth of talent within the international design community and it is fantastic for LUCTRA to be part of it.”
