Maintel, experts in cloud and managed communication services has expanded its partnership with RingCentral UK Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of RingCentral, Inc. to bring advanced communications solutions to the UK public sector.
Maintel will offer RingCentral Office to UK local and central government organisations through the NS2 network services framework. Maintel will design, implement and support RingCentral Office-based implementations which will include a suite of mobile devices, desktop soft clients and attendant consoles. With RingCentral Office, public sector organisations will have the following capabilities:

- Enterprise-grade cloud phone system
- Team messaging
- Video meetings with screen sharing
- File sharing
- Task management
Customers will also be able to integrate this solution with Maintel’s own contact centre solution (Callmedia CX NOW), and a range of connectivity and security offers, enabling a complete end-to-end communications and connectivity service.

The NS2 agreement recognises Maintel’s high standards of service within the public sector, making it more easily accessible for procurement by public sector bodies, including central and local governments, as well as the NHS.
The company already works with over 40 NHS trusts to provide mission-critical communications solutions and its public sector clients include the likes of - Greater London Authority, West Midlands Police, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, University of Bath, University College London Hospital Trust, Plymouth NHS Hospital Trust and NHS Grampian.
