• Neopost produces white paper on compliance

        • As part of its compliance microsite targeting the financial, marketing, IT and HR sectors, Neopost has produced a new white paper titled, ‘Why Your Mailing Process Should be Compliant’.

The white paper explains in why organisations need to invest in document security and provides an overview of what regulatory mail compliance means, explainig what happens when things go wrong. The aim of the paper is to identify the most regulated sectors and show how mail compliance solutions can give a competitive advantage.

Kelly McManus, National Production Mail Sales Manager for Neopost USA said, "organisations today have to be able to verify that everything that needs to go out, actually does go out, and in the right envelope. In addition they need to be able to keep a record of every single page of every set of documents delivered."

According to Neopost, customer communications and employee records often contain extremely personal information so compliance is all about making sure that this material is handled correctly. Alongside meeting rules and regulations, sending the right document, to the right person in the right way is also very important.

As a result, Neopost is offering a range of hardware and software solutions which can help meet document management and data security compliance requirements as well as allowing customers to communicate more accurately, building trust and creating opportunities for business growth.
