Neopost Limited has announced that a number of its solutions are now available to public sector organisations in Wales, via the new public sector framework agreement.
The NPS-CSC-0023-15 framework agreement, which is managed by the National Procurement Service (NPS), ensures that public sector organisations have access to the best postal goods and services for their budget. Neopost Limited was awarded a place on the two lots for which it tendered, namely lot 5 – Mail Room Equipment and lot 7 – Offsite Digital Inbound Mail.
Neopost’s solutions have been accepted onto the framework as they have been recognised for both boosting efficiencies and transforming the way organisations operate, whether they are using traditional postal communications, new digital channels, or a combination of both.
Paul Goodbrand, Director Public Sector Strategy at Neopost Limited said, “Neopost has a long and successful heritage of delivering affordable yet innovative communications solutions to public sector bodies to help them work smarter but keep within their budgets. We are delighted to have secured a place on this new framework agreement, which gives Welsh organisations quick and easy access to our portfolio of traditional mail, digital and multi-channel communications, all backed up with the highest possible level of support, innovation and delivery.”
Neopost’s range of mail room and digital inbound solutions will be available via the framework agreement for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Member organisations across the public sector in Wales, named in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), are now fully entitled to utilise the new framework agreement in order to streamline procurement processes and realise cashable savings.
