Organised by Engage Customer and held at the Blue Fin Venue, London, the one day event will focus on customer behaviour and expectations. Attendees will gain insight into the consumer landscape and, from the 12 plus expert-led sessions, learn how to implement the innovative customer experience (CX) strategies needed to establish lasting relationships.
Michael Lightfoot, Partner & Alliances Manager at GMC, will be speaking on behalf of Neopost. During his presentation, he’ll explain how companies can translate great CX into business value. Michael will discuss the common challenges faced when creating a CX strategy, including the restrictions of legacy infrastructure, removal of silo-based processes and need for a collaborative platform, and best practice of how to overcome them.
