• Optoma offers trio of solutions for immersive installations

        • Optoma has expanded the capabilities of its ZU series high brightness laser projectors with its dedicated 0.65-0.75:1 short throw projection lens, the BX-CTA17.

The short-throw lens is the latest edition to Optoma’s U series of interchangeable lenses, which are compatible with the OptomaZU series of high brightness laser professional installation projectors: ZU660e, ZU750, ZU860 and ZU1050.

James Fursse, Technical Product Manager at Optoma said, “the new addition to the U series range of lenses will increase the flexibility and useability of the ZU series projectors.

“The new short throw lens will simplify installations in tight and confined spaces, making the solution ideal for immersive rooms, museums and any other creative installations.”

By combining a ZU series projector, U series lens and the Nano, an all-in-one content playback, warping and edge blending solution powered by VIOSO, installers can get the complete solution all provided by Optoma.
