Pulsant’s success has been built on a reputation for service, reliability and security and I am looking forward to building on this to create value for our customers.”

As CTO, Simon will be responsible for enhancing and leading the company's technological vision and product strategy. Focused on understanding customers’ business challenges, he will work closely with teams across the business to develop and standardise Pulsant’s product portfolio and enhance the service experience. Previously CTO at Redcentric, Simon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience leading product and technology strategy.

He said, “I’ve been tracking Pulsant’s progress for the last five years and have been impressed by Pulsant’s reputation for innovation and great customer service. I am really looking forward to working with the professional and energetic team here and leading the company’s technology strategy during this hugely important period for our customers as they accelerate their digital journeys.”

Rob Coupland, Pulsant CEO added, “Stephen and Simon bring a wealth of experience to Pulsant and will play a valuable role in ensuring we continue to deliver the best possible solutions and service to our customers.
