The Hampshire-based customer insights provider, Feefo, that provides verified and transparent online global reviews and customer analytics, is celebrating its seventh birthday as it looks forward to further growth and expansion.
Set up in March 2010 to make a stand against fake reviews, Feefo now has more than 3,000 clients across all business sectors, including household names such as Expedia, The White Company, Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts and Notonthehighstreet.com. The company also employs more than 100 staff and has offices in the US and Australia.

Feefo verifies all reviews by inviting only customers proven to have made a purchase to contribute and provides clients with deep analytical insights based on the results. The company has developed its range of services and solutions, launching Feefo 3.0 in 2016, which saw enhancements to its insights suite and allows consumers to upload photo and video reviews. The year has also seen a big push into new sectors such as property and finance, with further developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning planned for 2017.
