The achievements of this workforce and their business success will be celebrated at the Inspired Awards, a brand-new event,taking place at Madame Tussaud’s in London on 16th May 2019, will reward businesses that look for new and innovative ways to engage customers.
The ceremony will consist of twelve categories, which will be judged by a panel of industry leading experts, while a separate Customer Service champion category will be voted for by the public.Marketing categories include: The Outstanding Contribution to Retail Award, Most Innovative Digital Engagement, Consumers’ Choice Award, Best Use of Social Media, Best Store Manager, Best Point of Sale, Best Non-Fashion Retail Concept, Best Digital Launch, Best Brand Display, Best In-Store Graphic, Best Independent Window Display, Best Chain Window Display.

The Customer Service Award, as voted by the public, will provide an opportunity for consumers to recognise staff who make them feel special. High criteria for eligibility is set, with customer feedback and mystery shoppers critiquing personal service, attention to detail and product knowledge.

The Customer Service Awards are ongoing, with those rated ‘excellent’ and ‘outstanding’ in 2018 shortlisted for the Consumers Choice Award, which will be awarded at the ceremony in May 2019.
Those that enter the Customer Service Awards in 2019 will be automatically nominated for the Consumers Choice Award for 2020.
