Results from Ricoh’s latest Business Process Services customer survey reveals that 86 percent of customers would recommend Ricoh, 78 percent would buy again, and overall satisfaction was up, to 77 percent.
The survey, conducted by research firm TNS, included responses from 186 customers in eight European countries, including the UK, all who have purchased one or more Business Process Services from Ricoh. Ricoh’s Business Process Services are designed to support more efficient information flows and help to restructure a company’s external communications and transition from solely paper-based to multi-channel formats.
Edward Gower-Isaac, VP of Business Process Services, Ricoh Europe said, “by harnessing Ricoh’s industry-specific expertise, we give workforces more time on their core business. We work with our customers to enhance efficiency, improve business outcomes ad deliver cost savings.”
The recent survey also showed the importance of two-way communications as the number of customers taking part increased. Over the past three years’ response rates to the survey have grown from 39 percent to 63 percent, and this year to 70 percent.
