• Ricoh to offer members of the Rugby Players’ Association work experience placements

        • Technology experts, Ricoh, have today been announced as the Official Managed IT and Document Services Partner of the Rugby Player’s Association (RPA).

As a key part of the RPA’s Personal Development Programme (PDP), Ricoh will be offering work experience opportunities to members in order to fulfil a life after rugby. The PDP, which supports and guides around 850 members during and after their career, also focuses on lifestyle balance and education for players.

Chas Moloney, Marketing Director for Ricoh, said, “one of out top priorities as a company is to invest in people. We are therefore thrilled to be working with the RPA to help its members develop skills that they can utilise in their careers after rugby. We are hoping to really add value to the RPA members by sharing (our) knowledge, on top of offering workplace opportunities across our eight lines of business.”

As a global technology company operating in around 200 countries, Ricoh can continue their mission to be a thought leader to shape the future workplace. RPA Group CEO, Damian Hopley, said, “It’s fantastic to have Ricoh join our impressive family of partners. They will add great value to the Association and will be a huge benefit to our members through their support of our world class Personal Development Programme.”
