Facilities management provider, Servest, has won a three-year contract with London Business School, with 50 members of their team to provide cleaning, consumables and waste services throughout the campus.
The contract was secured under a tender process that included visits to existing client sites to showcase Servest’s work, plus a formal submission and presentation.
Rob Legge, Servest’s CEO UK and Europe said, “this contract with London Business School – one of the best business schools in Europe – will give Servest an enhanced presence in the education sector. We are looking forward to raising the standards with this hugely prestigious organisation.”
Criteria for the college’s service partner included improving on-campus facilities, understand their needs, and, demonstrating expertise. Servest’s successful pitch demonstrated a commitment to employee development and best practice performance and also highlighted innovative ways to control waste steams throughout the campus.
