Sharp adds new models to A4 MFP and printer range

Sharp Business Systems UK has announced the addition of 12 A4 Workgroup MFPs and printers to its line-up. The new additions comprise seven MFP models and five printers, split between colour and mono models.

The 12 new models range from 33ppm to 66ppm in speed, and also include security features and Sharp's touchscreen UI. The series' compact design and small footprint make it suitable for the small offices and home workspaces, and for office spaces that are being redesigned with social distancing measures in mind.

The expandable features and functions also make the devices robust enough for large office environments. The compact design and flexibility to add additional paper trays as required ensure a fast and easy installation as a floor standing or desktop device.

Ben Lake, Senior Product Manager, Sharp said, "Sharp's portfolio of A3 and A4 devices has gone from strength to strength, with our offering now bolstered by 25 new models in 2020 alone. The new devices announced today each hold the highest standards in the field, with Sharp's award-winning common user interface, best-in-class security and enhanced productivity features."

These new models build on the previous extension of the Sharp A3 and A4 range earlier this year when the company announced two new devices in its A4 mono portfolio and eleven to its A3 mono range. The new models announced today are five colour and two mono MFPs, along with three colour and two mono printers.

The range of new colour and mono MFPs and workgroup printers are specifically designed to suit a variety of office layouts and easily integrate with today's connected workplace, enabling easy and quick access to an expanded list of cloud services including Box and Dropbox. Simple integration to existing network applications and public cloud services means information can be securely shared and accessed anywhere, at any time, helping to increase productivity and flexibility in the post-COVID working world.

The new models are also equipped with enhanced productivity features, such as the ability to feed multiple envelopes from the standard or bypass paper drawer.
