Snom Technology listed in Highly Trusted Companies 2023 study

In the ‘Highly Trusted Companies 2023’ study, Snom Technology, experts in the telecommunications industry, has been recognised as an outstanding company that customers in Germany and beyond can trust.

The accolade recognises Snom Technology's commitment to customer excellence in management, efficiency, sustainability, product & service, and as an employer.

The ‘Highly Trusted Companies’ certificate is based on an industry-specific point value calculation on a scale of 0 to 100 points, with the company achieving the highest score in its industry setting the benchmark. Companies with at least 60 points in the overall ranking receive the award. Of the approximately 18,000 German companies involved, only 900 have been awarded.

Gaining trust from customers is the foundation for building lasting relationships in business. However, this poses a major challenge in markets with a large number of products and suppliers. Snom Technology received this award because of the company’s commitment to its customers, who subsequently place their trust in the company and its products.

The data security guaranteed by Snom, including the storage of all customer data on servers in Germany in accordance with the strictest specifications, something that is not ensured by other manufacturers - also contributed to this result.

Gernot Sagl, CEO of Snom Technology GmbH said, “We are proud to have received this award, the core message of which coincides with the results of our customer surveys over the past years. We feel an obligation to our customers, even after they’ve purchased our products. This award is a recognition of that and of our team’s commitment to generating and maintaining customer trust.”

The study was conducted by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung publishing group in collaboration with the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, analysed social listening data which recorded and evaluated around 14 million mentions of companies in the period from 16th June 2022 to 15th June 2023.
