Login Manager, PinPoint Scan and Print & Follow meet the secure printing and scanning needs of UK SMEs.
These HyPAS apps offer real enhancements to SOHO and SME businesses by improving the way in which everyone in the company, however small, uses and shares their documents.
Each app has been designed with SMEs in mind and so affordability and accessibility were key factors taken into consideration. Login Manager offers serverless user authentication, providing open access to copy functionality whilst restricting additional functions. It also works with other HyPAS applications, such as SmartScan and Mail2Me, to provide a seamless authentication system for HyPAS-enabled MFPs.
PinPoint Scan and Print & Follow securely enhance scan and print personalisation from HyPAS enabled KYOCERA MFPs over a network. Print & Follow makes secure print release easily accessible and affordable as it provides secure printing without the need for an extra server. Users simply print to a universal printer and release their prints at a convenient device, any time.
Teaching Assistant is designed to enable educational facilities and organisations that handle large quantities of testing or surveys to improve their efficiency. It streamlines
the task of printing, marking and analysing multiple-choice test results; eliminating time-consuming tasks and freeing up teachers to concentrate on teaching.
Teaching Assistant can also be used to create a multiple choice test with essay questions, marking the multiple choice answers via the MFP and allowing the teacher to mark the essay questions within an Excel plug-in and regenerate overall marks and reports.
Eliminating the need to carry hard copies or have access to a PC, Cloud Connect allows users to print from and scan to the cloud at the touch of a button. With Cloud Connect users simply log in to their Google Drive or Evernote account directly from a compatible KYOCERA MFP, and print from or scan directly to their account.
