Stationery brand, Uni-ball has presented Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) with a donation to date of £27,417.60, since announcing a new partnership with the children’s hospital in the summer.
From June this year, uni-ball has donated 20p, plus VAT, for every Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity branded Uni-ball Eye twin black ink or triple black ink pack sold. With the new partnership uni-ball have guaranteed a minimum donation of £50,000 and will also donate writing and art & craft supplies to doctors, teachers and play staff at the hospital. The company is planning continue the donations throughout the festive period which will see a 10p donation from Uni-ball and a 10p donation from Cult Pens.
Great Ormond Street Hospital is one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, treating seriously ill young patients from across the UK who require specialist care. Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity needs to raise money to support the hospital to give children who need help the most the best chance for life. The charity funds research into pioneering new treatments for children, provides the latest medical equipment and supports the essential redevelopment of the hospital.
